Professional Experience #
I am responsible for implementing and deploying diverse AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, including chatbots, knowledge bases, and automatic document processing tools. I work collaboratively in small teams of 2-3 colleagues on most projects, while I handle some smaller initiatives individually.
I also guide and coach junior employees, sharing my expertise in AI implementation and best practices.

I worked on an identity verification system that enabled customers to integrate our SDK into their websites. Using artificial intelligence and computer vision techniques, the system extracted data from identity documents and verified their validity and authenticity.
My main responsibilities included implementing several back-end services and designing user-friendly APIs for seamless integration.
I developed and maintained a manual review system for identity documents and an administration dashboard that streamlined operations for internal teams.

During my Master’s program, I worked as a teaching assistant for several courses including Language & Speech Technology, Logical Aspects of Multi-Agent Systems, and Design of Multi-Agent Systems. I led lab sessions, graded assignments, and provided tutoring to students.
I also developed software projects for the university, including an interactive dashboard displaying air quality data from hundreds of particulate matter sensors throughout the Netherlands. Additionally, I built a semantic search engine for idioms to support linguistic research.

I studied a broad range of topics including Neural Networks, Advanced Logic, Cognitive Psychology, and Object-Oriented Programming.
I wrote my bachelor thesis on an automated extension calculator for Reiter’s Default Logic, which I implemented in Java.
